Mon - Fri 08:00 – 16:30 Last referral 15:45	ED physiotherapist	Non frail older adults or confirmed stroke/respiratory < 75 yrs with MSK, neuro, resp.	Referral through iCM Note if urgent or for discharge bleep #562 as well as referral
	Frailty Intervention Team (FIT)	≥ 75 yrs who are frail 65-75 yrs who are frail case to case	087-2467650
	Vestibular Inpatient Assessment	Patients for assessment / treatment for vestibular conditions e.g. BPPV Neuritis	Referral through iCM Note if urgent or for discharge bleep #562 as well as referral
OPD clinics Out of Hours	MSK outpatient clinics	MSK conditions e.g. back pain, ankle sprain All older adults >18 years	Referral through iCM CUH OPD general referral
	Vestibular Outpatient	Patients for assessment / treatment for vestibular conditions e.g. BPPV Neuritis	Referral through iCM CUH OPD general referral and put VESTIBULAR as Dx
	Facial Palsy Clinic	For new Bell's Palsy	Referral through iCM CUH OPD general referral and put FACIAL PALSY as Dx
