Westfield respiratory Hub
CUH COPD or asthma patients (exacerbations) who do not require admission may be referred The Westfield Respiratory Hub for early follow up appointments.
This given EM clinician rapid access to specialised clinics to facilitate admission avoidance.

In Cork, a HSCP resource has been identified to support discharges over the weekend. Please complete the CHN referral form. The POC must be contacted 0873327390 before emailing the form to Corksouthcity.cdm@hse.ie.
Single POC for both Respiratory referrals and HSCP referrals number is: 0873327390 and available 08.30am-17.00pm Saturday & Sunday.
